FAQ

The baler twine is the Cheapest packaging material for hay bales.

High strength, lighter weight, various colors, moisture resistance, non-toxic, odorless, acid and alkali resistant, etc.

The baling twine is normally described as Knot Strength and Length of the roll.

For instance: 440*4000′, it means the twine with 440 lbs knot strength, and 4000 ft length.

100% PP (polypropylene), colorant, UV stabilizers, etc.

No, it is NON-biodegradable, but it can recycled.

To calculate how many bales a roll of baling twine wrapped, we need to know how long ONE bale needed.

Square bale calculation:

Bale Width*Height*2*Numbers of Strings: if the bale size is 2 ft* 1 ft and 2 strings, total twine will be: 1 ft*2 ft*2*2 strings=6 ft

Total bales=twine length/6ft

Round bale calculation:

Bale Diameter*Pi*Numbers of Strings: if the bale diameter is 4 ft and wrapped 10 strings, total twine will be: 4 ft*3.14*10 strings=126 ft

Total bales=twine length/126ft
